Our Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Maison Propre, hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider", and any individual or legal entity wishing to benefit from the cleaning services offered, hereinafter referred to as "the Client".

They apply to all cleaning services performed by Maison Propre in Rabat, Témara, Salé and surrounding areas.

2. Services offered

Maison Propre offers the following services:

• Sofa cleaning (fabric, leather, microfiber)
• Carpet and rug cleaning
• Mattress cleaning (anti-dust mite, UV disinfection)
• Window and mirror cleaning
• Marble polishing and crystallization
• Curtain and drapery cleaning
• Transport and moving service

3. Quote and contract conclusion

Our quotes are prepared free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Confirmation of the service by the Client (by phone, email or contact form) constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the corresponding quote.

4. Prices and payment terms

Our prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include VAT at the current rate. Payment is made at the end of the service, in cash, by bank transfer or credit card.

For professionals, an invoice is issued and can be paid within 15 days according to agreed conditions.

5. Service delivery

The Client undertakes to:

• Allow access to the areas to be treated
• Ensure the presence of a water and electricity source
• Clear the areas to be cleaned
• Report any particular fragility of the supports

6. Warranties and liability

Maison Propre guarantees the proper execution of services in accordance with professional standards. Our liability cannot be engaged in case of:

• Pre-existing hidden defects not reported
• Deterioration due to normal wear and tear
• Misuse after our intervention

7. Cancellation and postponement

Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation, travel expenses of 150 MAD may be charged.

8. Complaints

Any complaint must be sent by email to contact@maisonpropre.ma within 7 days of the service, with photos if necessary.

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the maisonpropre.ma website (texts, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Maison Propre and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action before the competent courts of Rabat.
